The following terms and conditions are subject to Korean law.

These terms and conditions govern the rights, obligations, terms and procedures related to the use of the automatic payment system by members (hereinafter referred to as "Members") and the company, including the provision of the ShoulderPick service by Berapt and its affiliates (hereinafter referred to as the "Company").

1. Regular membership payment is prepaid. The corresponding benefits are applied immediately after payment.
2. Regular membership payments are automatically processed on the same date each month starting from the month after the first payment. If the date is not included in the month, the payment will be made on the last day of the month. For example, if the first payment is made on March 31st, the payment will be made on April 30th.
3. If the next regular payment fails due to insufficient balance or payment method error caused by user fault, the payment will be in a "grace" state and one retry attempt will be made once a day during the grace period specified in the terms and conditions. The grace period is up to 5 days, and if the payment information is updated and reprocessed within 5 days, the grace status will be released. The service is still available during the grace period.
4. If the payment is still unsuccessful after the grace period of 5 days, the automatic regular membership benefits will be lost, and the subscription will automatically be canceled.
5. If you "cancel" the automatic regular membership payment, the service period for the previous payment will be maintained, and the membership will be automatically canceled on the next payment date.
6. The point of conversion to "withdrawal" is midnight (24:00) on the day.
