Consent to the Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties and the Provision of Entitlement

The following terms and conditions are subject to Korean law.

In relation to all payment services and electronic payment agency services in the Service, you agree to provide and entrust personal information as follows in accordance with the personal information protection regulations of relevant laws such as the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc., the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc., the Protection of Communications Secrets Act, and the Personal Information Protection Act.

Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties

Berapt (hereinafter referred to as Company) does not provide the user's personal information to a third party without the user's consent. The Company provides personal information to third parties as follows for service performance.

Exception Notice

The Company collects and uses the user's personal information within the scope notified in this agreement, and does not use/use the user's personal information beyond the scope without prior consent or provide personal information to a third party. Provided that in the following cases, personal information may be provided.

Cases in which the user's consent for disclosure has been obtained in advance
When it is necessary for statistical writing, academic research, market research, etc., and it is provided in a form that cannot identify a specific person.
In accordance with the provisions of relevant laws and regulations, when there is a request from an investigative agency in accordance with the procedures and methods prescribed by laws and regulations for the purpose of investigation, or when the court requests the provision of information in connection with the trial.
In the event of a merger, acquisition, or comprehensive transfer of business, provide information about the Company, Acquirers and Business Transferees after such merger;
Situations necessary for identity verification to prevent theft/copyright leakage

The user may refuse to consent to the provision and entitlement of personal information to a third party by the Company. Provided that if you refuse to consent, you will not be able to use the service normally.
